Which 3D printing materials can we discuss?
Manufacturing projects may call for ABS, ASA, PC or Nylon; engineering work may involve PETG, carbon fiber or TPU; marketing models may use PLA or multi-color options. We confirm the specific material, availability and suitability after reviewing your intended use.
Can I send STL, STEP or 3MF files?
You can email STL, STEP or 3MF files for review. We will confirm whether the file is suitable for the requested work or whether changes or another format are needed. Sending a file does not confirm print readiness.
Can you help with CAD from a sketch?
CAD support is part of our engineering offering. Send a sketch, reference, dimensions and intended use. We will review what can be developed and quote the modeling work separately where needed.
Can you make small batches?
Tell us the quantity, intended use and deadline. We will review small-batch feasibility, material and finishing requirements and confirm the scope and timing in your quote. We do not promise capacity or a turnaround time before review.

We serve Kamloops & the Thompson-Okanagan first, with remote web and digital work across British Columbia and 3D printing shipped BC-wide. We’re here for neighbourhood restaurants, independent cafés and businesses built on personal service. Clear communication, useful work and a real person on the other end.

What’s included in the free audit?
We review your publicly visible Google Business Profile, recent reviews and website. You’ll get three practical priorities. We don’t need your password, and there’s no obligation to buy.
Can you guarantee more reviews or a top Google ranking?
No. We can improve the essentials and make honest feedback easier to share, but we don’t control customer ratings or Google’s rankings. No fake reviews, rewards for reviews or filtering customers by satisfaction.
Do I need a brand-new website?
Not always. If your current site works well, we can focus on your Google profile, reviews or content instead. We’ll recommend only what the audit supports.
Can you add online ordering and reservations?
Yes, we can connect your website to your existing ordering and booking services. Custom ordering systems, payment processing and third-party fees are separate and quoted before work begins.
Who owns my website and Google profile?
You do. Your domain and business accounts stay in your name. Where access is needed, invite us with the right permissions rather than sharing your password. Deliverables and handover details are included in your agreement.
How soon can we start?
Send us your business name and Google profile or website link. We’ll confirm scope, availability and a realistic launch date before you commit. If you’re planning year-end work, ask about a setup before December 31, 2026. Timing depends on approvals and access; ask your accountant about any tax questions.
